Processing Time Orders are typically processed within 1–3 business days. Please note that orders are fulfilled directly by our suppliers, so processing times may vary slightly depending on the item.
Shipping Times Once your order has shipped, estimated delivery times are:
- United States: 5–10 business days
- Canada: 7–14 business days
- International: 10–21 business days
Delivery times are estimates and may vary due to carrier delays, customs processing, or high-demand periods.
Shipping Rates Shipping rates are calculated at checkout based on your location and the items in your order. Free shipping may be available on qualifying orders.
Order Tracking Once your order ships, you'll receive a confirmation email with a tracking number. Please allow 24–48 hours for tracking information to update after you receive this email.
Multiple Shipments Because we work with multiple suppliers, your order may arrive in separate packages and on different days. You'll receive tracking information for each shipment.
Shipping Restrictions We currently ship to the United States, Canada, and select international destinations. Some products may have shipping restrictions based on supplier availability.
Lost or Delayed Packages If your package appears lost or hasn't arrived within the estimated timeframe, please contact us at support@aeostore.net and we'll work with the supplier to resolve it.
